Jeeves & Wooster: The Complete Collection on DVD for £14.99

That's a great price for that much merriment. If it wasn't repeated so frequently on ITV3, I'd be very tempted.

I know it's repeated on ITV3 but it never, ever seems to be when I'm around! I'll also be able to lend the DVDs to my parents, they're big fans.

£15 is such a good price, it's probably worth it just to skip the oh-so-frequent ITV3 ad breaks. I really like the costume design too. Bertie has some fun suits, especially the double-breasted one.

I got new specs today. I think they flatter me much more than my old ones. Best of all, I know think I've found an excellent independent local optician that I'll be able to use for years to come. Best customer service I've had from any optician shop before whether independent or chain, esp. when it came to advising styles to suit my face and in ensuring a good fit. I'd been toying with the idea of commissioning a custom set of frames for a good fit, but the fellow at this place was able to get a near-perfect fit by moulding the off-the-rack pair I chose.

^ Yeah I'm gonna get the extended editions as well when they're released. I just really wanted to be able to watch these movies in HD, which is why I also got the theatrical cuts.

We went out and got my 84 year old mother in law a cell phone.

We put it on our plan, put the phone numbers in for her, set the charger up in her car and at her house. Now we don't have to worry so much when she drives off to visit her sister on the other side of town.
