We noticed that the menswear store in Dubuque was running a clearance sale yesterday. My wife sent me over this afternoon with the simple instruction of: "Get what you need for school." What I really need these days are short-sleeved shirts for fall, spring, and days after marching band season where I don't feel like wearing a button-down/tie (pretty much the last day we're in session for the week from October 15-April 15).
Shirts meeting my criteria were buy-one-get-one. I bought 6. $400 retail value, easy. Cost right around $175
Bought a standard dress shirt and tie. Just 'cuz.
Jackets and suits were also on sale. Got an Austin Reed navy/khaki-patterned jacket for $150.
I have a few items that need to hit the dry-cleaners to be ready for fall, but I'm basically going to be the best dressed male faculty member at my school.

I'd rather not risk it, lol.
Plus, they just get really dark and ugly when exposed to too much UV, IMO.
