I brought home an exceedingly dodgy "port wine" (I hesitate to even award it that name) from Goa to give as a present to a friend who's even more snobby about wine than me.

He's going to hate it. :D

Gasoline
Groceries
For my boys (gerbils) Michael and Erik:
a nest box (they outgrew the one they had)
bedding
an edible toy shaped like a log they can run and play in

Those boys are spoiled rotten! :D

Just used my Barnes & Noble gift cards from Christmas on bn.com!
Bought the 3rd Gossip Girl book, Battlestar Galactica 2008 calendar, a recording of Dvorak's American Quartet Opus 97, and a some fairy tale : with-a-twist type book.

Lots of new clothes. Not for me unfortunately; stock to sell on.

However, I did also pick up a Zegna suit and jacket that I bought a few weeks ago and was getting tailored.

A ticket on a killer train. For just 11,90 euro you get the weirdest experience of a lifetime and two hours of boredom :(

Belkin Wireless N router and adapter

Not countin' food, my latest list of purchases consists of one general daily admission for Fangoria's Weekend of Horror ($23), two autographs from Richard Kiel ($30) and two autographs from Tom Savini ($20). I also got free autographs from Electra & Elise, the twin babysitters from Planet Terror.

I bought a Samsung laser printer/scanner/copier (I'm tired of the inkjet nozzles clogging up) and a Palm TX PDA yesterday to replace my old M-100 that has started crashing randomly (and always after I've added meetings to my calendar and before I've had a chance to sync it, too :( ).

Over $1000 in one day. Ouch.

Nothing like putting a snob in his/her place. I love it. :D

As for me I went grocery shopping yesterday. Normally that's nothing to report on in this thread but after spending Saturday on the couch with a stomach bug getting out of the house to go anywhere was a bit of a treat.

BTW, the N router is working light years better than my old wireless router!! I'm very happy with it.

RAMA

Sunday I went and saw 'The Phantom of the Opera' and bought a few souvenirs. A souvenir program, keychain, and mug. :D

Today, gasoline.
