Just bought a couple of birthday presents for my friend, one Warcraft book and another book he wanted based on another game series (I think).

Also got myself a few biographies - Clint Eastwood, Frank Sinatra and Orson Welles. They're all very long and I got them very cheap so I'm pleased. I also ordered the electronic "Obsessed with Star Trek" trivia book which I have wanted for a while.

Cuter than two Care Bears having tea with Smurfette in the Wonka candy factory. :)

^Give me a break, It's not my fault I'm too young to know that show! :p

Also, funnily enough, my other purchase today was a grey double breasted wool cape from a thrift store for my Sherlock Holmes costume.

But is it cuter than three Care Bears having tea with Smurfette in the Wonka candy factory?

^Well, that's probably why you haven't sorted it yet; it's really more a job for seven year old girls, isn't it?

Some Amazon gift cards and a few dvds for my nieces' upcoming birthday. Their fraternal twins but have their parties on different weekends, so I thought I better get the gifts out early.

Thanks. The books were a fun project I did a couple months ago when I was rearranging my bedroom. Here are some better pics of them (they are level, it's just my crappy phone camera that makes them look a bit wonky!):

A new watch battery--about 10 bucks at Penney's. Then I went to Subway, because I COULD, and bought myself some lunch--about 8 bucks.

I should run out and get gas--the tank has only 40 miles worth left in it; I would've done it earlier but there were huge lines at the station for some reason.
