Your Games Backlog

Oh, guys...if you only knew how many games pplayed by me was backlogged, you would think that it is an "issue")
The deal is that I like to play the free slot games (not actually for real money). there you don't need skills at all, just press the start button and all - the game is started. I don't know how does other players can risk their money by betting them on such slots, but the free version is rather safe, so the peroblem is that there are thousand of games from differnt developers and they all have different conditions and probabilities to win.

So I backlogged about 200 games to play. As a develoepr I'm interested what are the chances and I use some soft to see the ratio of the game winnings, so each day I start the new game, for example since that day when I tested the Star Trek Slot machine described above, I already tested about 100 slot machines.

As the conclusion of the topic discusses here about the games, on xample of the slot games, I's like to make an advice do not spend time on the same games that you are passing by the second round..Star play new games and investigate.. )))

The only games I haven't played that would like to when have time are:

Bioshock (any or all versions)
Phantom Pain (I've played I through III, and Ground Zeroes demo, but never got round to latest)

ooh...and also Journey, which I have installed but haven't got to playing through, just dipped into opening act.

Dead Space 3 - Bought it when it first came out but didn't have time, now it's been so long since I played any of them that I think I have to go back and play the first 2 again just to know what's going on

Gears Of War: Ultimate Edition - Came with my X1 and looks good but haven't gotten around to it

I have 2 Metal Gear Solid games that a friend gave me: Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain. But I haven't played them because I've never played any of the previous games and I figure I'll be confused by the story. Or maybe not. Anybody played those?

And I have a few free games I downloaded from Games With Gold that I haven't played yet. I forget what all of them are but I know one is a Sherlock Holmes game.

you won't fully appreciate all the callbacks, but playing all of the Metal Gears would be a huge untertaking (Drew Scanlon of Giant Bomb did that on video with a colleague and it took them over a year-ish?) - I wouldn't advise against it, they're great games, but know what you're getting into

as for GZ and Phantom Pain, they're both well-worth playing just for the gameplay though, although it could be argued that Ground Zeroes is skippable as it is kind of a prologue version of Phantom Pain

Not a lot on deck, just God of War and the newest Tomb Raider. Still have to finish Red Dead, but I've lost interest in that.

It's summer so I basically spend all my free time outdoors. No idea when I'll get to these.

Been a couple of years, but I've bought a few more games I need to play/finish:

Days Gone (PS4)
Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze (Switch)
God of War (PS4)
Horizon Zero Dawn (PS4)
Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle (Switch)
Uncharted 4: A Thief's End (PS4)
Yoshi's Crafted World (Switch)

I'd better put up my Steam Library, i think it would be faster :)

Most prominent ones are:

Assasins Creed Odyssey
Assassins Creed Unity (was released for free after the Notre Dame fire)
Anno 1800
several lesser known Warhammer 40K strategy games
Civilization 6
Warhammer Total War 2

currently deinstalled in Steam due to space issues:
Fallout 4
Deus Ex 2
The whole Monkey Island Series

And probably quite a few that i can't remember right now. I just can't resist Steam sales and genres that interest me.

I'm currently playing Assassin's Creed: Syndicate.
My backlog consists of:
Assassin's Creed: Origins
Assassin's Creed: Odyssey
Red Dead Redemption II
Shadow of the Tomb Raider
Mass Effect: Andromeda
Life is Strange: Before the Storm: Farewell
(bonus episode)
Life is Strange 2

Grand Theft Auto V. Loved GTA III and Vice City but never finished them, finished GTA IV and enjoyed it but thought it was kind of "cold" if that makes sense, GTA V is superior in every way but I just wasn't feeling it this time.

Mass Effect: Andromeda. What a major letdown.

Put it this way, on steam it got so bad with my loosing track of what I even have available that I've taken to adding games I've yet to play to a "To Play" category. Right now, it has 68 games in it...
And that's just steam; there's plenty more spread across Origin, GOG, Uplay and Epic. A bunch of them however are games I'm almost certainly *never* going to get around to. Either freebies, or bundle leftovers, or remastered versions of games I've already played. Even so, there's quite a few titles that I really do want to play but just haven't found the time or motivation and if I took the time to count them...well I think that'll be just a little bit depressing.

I think part of the trouble is that it if I really like a game, it takes me a while to put it back down. So while there's been a few I barely started, lost momentum and never gotten back to, there's others that I've just played to death ,to the exclusion of all else.
