Your favorite hologram.

I think I have to go with Moriarty as my favorite, but there's also a place in my heart for that crime against holonature with Kira's body and Quark's face.

TNG's "Schisms" deserves mentioning. It was eerie but I like seeing the holodeck used for more than recreation from time to time.

Plus the phaser range which always looked like fun to me.

I thought this was going to be the Doctor vs. Vic Fontaine, but you handicapped the contest. Vic Fontaine (who would have gotten my vote anyway).

(1.) Picard / Crusher "The Big Goodbye" as Dixon Hill

(2.) The Holo-Doc ("Star Trek: First Contact") "I'm a Doctor, not a door-stop." as Bev Crusher asks him to figure out a distraction to keep the Borg away from noticing the escape hatch from Deck 16. He asks the Borg if they'd like an analgesic cream for extreme skin irritation.

(3.) Minuette & Riker.

(4.) Barclay's use of Troi and the ensuing "awkward to the extreme" moment.

The Doctor was a main cast member while Vic was not. I'll allow The Doctor from First Contact or from DS9's "Doctor Bashir I Presume", just not the main character.
