Young Justice-Tonight!

You mean because he's the son of the super villain Black Manta or because he's a magician who opens his soul to higher powers who are not necessarily good or benevolent? And lets not forget drugs. magic is all about opening your consciousness with LSD or Pot. Aqualad is probably high on wacky Kelp or subaquatic 'shrooms all the time, which is why he talks like that. Speaking of a higher power he mght worship in return for his magical powers... He could be channelling Darkseid and not even know it?

Not too bad of an episode but that Harm guy is really cheesy. I suppose he fits in well enough in the typical Ben 10/Generator Rex villain mold but that's really not a compliment.

He struck me as a very Peter David-y type of villain, although apparently the comics version (whom David co-created) didn't have the "only speak in the third person" habit that this version did.

Billowy coat and long hair fits?

Harm was more important to the comic book because, Secret was a core member of the group and a love interest for Robin (Not that he wasn't into Spoiler at the same time over in the core batbooks.) and we had two years of Secret before Harm showed up, and it took a little longer than 21 minutes to stop him cold. Harm mopped the floor with Young Justice issue after issue. They almost had to accept that they couldn't beat him, you know like how Doctor Doom wets his iron knickers whenever he thinks he sees Squirrel Girl on the horrizon.

^ He seemed really "Van-Kleissy" to me.

I don't know what you mean by that, unless you're referring to the character design.

The uninspired character design and voice certainly didn't help matters and he's got that whole thing where his power makes him not just tough but basically untouchable by the heroes which is generally boring. I dunno, I guess I just wasn't that impressed and the dark storyline didn't really work to offset that.

ETA: It's hard to define, I guess bottom line is that he just felt more like a cartoon villain than a comic book villain. Plus he's named Harm :p.

I was adhering to the K.I.S.S. policy.

Keep It Simple Stupid.

Last time I try that.

You're to blame for everything to follow.

I wonder if they'll make the Wonder Twins the children of the Calculator in this rendition?

Nah, it was Wendy and Marvin who were the Calculators kids. Of course Wonder Dog killed Marvin and crippled Wendy in that continuity, :p Ruht ro!

Vox is Mal's worst ID ( Yeah worse than Hornblower!!!!)

I never saw the super friends as a kid.

Been piecing shit together badly for years now.

In further schedule news, Cartoon Network has released details for the month of January 2012. No new episodes of Young Justice are slated to debut during the month, with the series completely absent from the current schedule listings
None for January and possibly none for February.

CN really wants this show to die don't they?

The people behind YJ are ahead production wise now. Season 1 is in the can and yet CN will NOT show them for some great reason that we don't know.

What are they doing?

The people behind YJ are ahead production wise now. You know they should have just held the entire first season back till summer 2012

I think it's been a year and we still haven't finished the season.
