Since the name of the episode is Secrets and the villain is Harm, does that mean that the original Young Justice comic book character Secret will be making an appearance? I only ask since Harm is Secret's brother, and I always kind of liked Secret

Didn't Artemis have a crush on Superboy when she first arrive? It was a fun ep...so the mole is either Superboy, Miss Martian or Artemis? I was happy to see Zatanna again. 
Or nobody. As Kaldur and Robin said, it could've just been a lie on Sportsmaster's part to mess with the team. The villains didn't really know anything about the team that they couldn't have figured out from comparing notes.
If there is a mole, I think the only credible candidate is Superboy due to some hidden Cadmus programming. Artemis and M'Gann both have secrets about their background, but I'm convinced their reasons for hiding them are more personal.
There has to be a mole.

That would make her "Wonder Woman's friend/Nice if not an actual Amazon"

Superboy is of course a logical suspect, but how do we know Aqualad is in the clear?
