John Winston, if I remember correctly, got the portable agonizer put to him by Mirror Spock... which allowed him to say a couple of lines.

Eddie Paskey had perhaps three lines in the series, but he was usually the great stoneface. Kirk tried to shake him to senses or dialogue in Year Three. But like most Yr. 3 elements, it didn't work.

There's one scene in "Arena" that always makes me smile. Right after Kirk fires the grenade that sends the Gorns packing from Cestus 3, Sulu smashes down on the console buttons in rapid succession, his fingers thumping against the wood (the sound effects are either really low or just not there) and Paskey turns and looks at him like "what the hell is he doing?"

There's also a moment in The Immunity Syndrome when we get a shot of Kyle at the helm, and I think it's Paskey behind him, reacting strangely to the zone of darkness' effects, that makes me smile.
