wwe vs tnt anyone watching?

I think vince would work well with the people of the ROH. none of them are Ric Flair, Eric Bishcoff or Hulk Hogan. which is what is bringing IMPACT WRESTLING down.
I would like to see an interpromotional thing go on with those 2 companies.

I just noticed something interesting (probably irrelevant though). At the end of Raw last week Jack Swagger and William Regal are the ones that grab and toss Miz and Truth out of the building, and I think I noticed Wade Barrett. My point being...all heels :)

It's worth noting that William Regal has been acting like a face by default on NXT. Not that it has anything to do with current WWE "continuity".

^ Yeah..I was going to mention that in my post but kind of thought NXT is it's own thing. Booker T's commentary is hilariously ridiculous! It is no wonder why it is featured on occasion on Botchamania. This has been a pretty mundane Raw though.

No question something is brewing...some kind of a major heel stable is on the verge of forming but the question is what? I fear we might not find out for a long time yet. At first I thought maybe Survivor Series we would get t the culmination of this...but I think even that's too early. This might drag on.

Lame Raw. Vicky is not part of the conspiracy in my opinion but working to build up her own stable. WWE is obviously returning to using managers as was reported earlier in the thread as well as it would seem stables.

So, are they going to have Zack Ryder eventually win the US title or have him job every week to Dolph Ziggler? It boggles me how WWE choose to humble a guy who has taken it upon himself to get over. That's the thing about WWE, they always talk about the importance of finding ways to get yourself over, but if you do it in a way where they don't have much say, then they make you pay for it.

I noticed Chris Jericho is again, going on about wrestlers ripping off other wrestlers signature moves and talking about the need for originality with some things. Let's look at Jericho and his selection of signature moves over the years shall we?

The Walls Of Jericho (Boston Crab): A move pioneered by Jim Londis and used by countless wrestlers through the years - Ripped Off By Jericho.
The Lionsault (Asai Moonsault): A move pioneered by Yoshihiro "Ultimo Dragon" Asai - Ripped Off By Jericho.
The Breakdown (Full Nelson Facebuster): A move developed from the Full Nelson hold popularised by Ken Patera and the facebuster variation has been used by many wrestlers prior to Chris Jericho - Ripped Off By Jericho.
Running Enziguri: A variation of the Enziguri, pioneered by Riki Choshu and used by countless wrestlers through the years - Ripped Off By Jericho.
The Flashback (Running Sleeper Slam): A move developed from the Sleeper hold popularised by Ed "Strangler" Lewis and the running slam variation has been used by many wrestlers prior to Chris Jericho - Ripped Off By Jericho.
The Codebreaker (Double Knee facebreaker): A move that has been frequently used as a standard in Japanese wrestling throughout the years - Ripped Off By Jericho.

So, as you can see, every single finishing move of Chris Jericho's through the years has been pioneered and popularised by other wrestlers. Hopefully, Jericho's comments are within kayfabe.

So does anyone else have any predictions of what we're going to see from the Punk/HHH/John L story line or has it become too whacky and convoluted already to make any serious predictions? Ultimately I think I'm going to be disappointed. Already have been given Punk's direction as a character but story line wise this has stagnated.

WWE interviewed Vicky in character and she stated that she would like to manage the Divas of Doom along with eventually all the heels, and we saw a little of that tonight.

I'm sure its all firmly within kayfabe, and he's just ribbing the guys via twitter and interviews. Given he purportedly wants to come back to do WM28 vs. CM Punk it all makes sense.

iirc, When Kelly Kelly used the Boston Crab a few months ago it was in tribute to Jericho. Which was odd, because she has a better record of submitting people with it than Jericho does.

Any Netflix streaming video peeps here?

I watched OMG! The Top 50 Incidents in WWE History last night. Although it doesn't include the matches on the DVD set, the list of incidents was actually pretty thorough. I don't agree with the order (Montreal Screwjob should have been higher and SCSA beer bath as #2? Really?) but they covered all the shocking incidents I could remember and a few I didn't. Definitely a nice trip down memory lane.

Slam Wrestling reported that Mysterio's knee wasn't fully repaired with the surgery that he had a few weeks ago. No idea how long he will be out for, but I would suspect at least five months. Perhaps more.

Anyone think that Cena is going to drop the belt next weekend? They kept plugging Del Rio to win at Hell in the Cell (which really means nothing) no one really focused on CM Punk except when he was giving his commentary. I think Punk could very well walk away with the title again. It was John's pathetic speech that made me think he is going drop the title again.

It makes sense for Del Rio to win the title due to WWE's upcoming Mexico tour. Still, one has to consider whether the low ratings during Del Rio's first reign might change the obvious outcome.

Del Rio would be over even without the title though and we know already that WWE has done some screwy things already over the last two months. You know what? I've been thinking about this over the last couple of weeks. I would not be shocked if Cena continues to drop and win the belt all the way to Wrestlemania 28 and is champion when he faces the Rock so he can claim he's the 17 Time WWE Champion and has broken the Nature Boy's record, if they even acknowledge that. He has 12 now, that's five more title reigns between now and April. He's already had like three reigns in a spand of a few months.

WWE need to be really careful, if they aren't then the WWE Championship will cease to be meaningful. Trust me, they really don't want that to happen. They are fine having multiple switches with their other championships, but the WWE (and to a lesser extent) and the Intercontinental Championships take presidence over the rest of the accomplishments.
