Maybe cannibalize a wing-box of an airplane in a boneyard?
—for the nacelle supports.
Maybe blow-molded nacelles with internal guy wires…some air inflation…interior bridge like construction.
I remember a truss if trusses…or maybe this?

Very lightweight tubes atop an exposed wing box…some plastic pallets have some nice bracing that can be cut away…and maybe used as nacelle supports.
Lead in the impulse deck. Aft saucer very solid…blow-molded semi-circular forward saucer.
This might allow a hole model to not need jigs or to hang from wires.
The neck is a concrete filled fulcrum.
Saucer interior like bike spokes.
The concrete neck is like an upper case “L”
on a ball. Neck inserts into engine block within secondary hull where everything ties in.
This model could turn with a light touch, if the forward part of the saucer and nacelles weight about the same.
It might be nice to work with an engineering school and find someone working on a thesis with this:

In this case…a professor’s class could be his workforce….maybe the guys behind the Vulcan hand salute statue.
This Enterprise need not be that heavy…I could see it as a ground level windvane.
The hollow cladding surrounding the supports can have action figures in them.
