Well, I'm going to be the odd one out and say... it would depend on her personality. I've known some very pretty girls with non-existent or narcissistic personalities, and I wouldn't go out with them if they paid me, and for everything.
So if by some bizarre reason she fancied me, like me and her being the last people on Earth, sadly I'd have to say personality counts for a lot.

If it was Asia Carrera, the nerd of porn, I'd consider it.
It would have to be something that they've done in the past but they are not currently doing. They also need to tell me about it and it not be where I've found out on my own...that would be worse than anything.

I have met 3 "porn actresses" at a show my band played back in the day. I am not familiar with the business so I didn't know who they were...one was totally fake and stuck up, one was just weird and the other was nice, seemed smart and pretty cool. Personality does count.
I would be willing to date a former porn actress, but I don't think I could be with someone who was still working in that field.

From what I read in an article years ago, if they've been in the business for awhile, they've got herpes. (Not space herpes, the Earth kind.)
And there are other posters on this board, whom I will not name, who regularly get away with comments A LOT WORSE than that, with ease (no matter how many people, especially their targets, might be offended). Not even a single warning. So if they don't get savaged, why should this one?

Well first of all, there are different types of herpes. I think it's like something over 50% of people have oral herpes. The kind you're talking about, I wouldn't be surprised if the rate is at least 20% or higher. It's not always accompanied by symptoms so often people are infected and pass it on without even realizing it. Things like condoms reduce your risk but don't necessarily eliminate it, and once someone is infected they have it for life, essentially.
That's what I understand, anyway. I could be wrong!
No, I think you're more or less correct. I just think those commercials are funny because they act like every third person you meet has an STD.
