2. Less irritating voice.

Of all the criticisms I've seen of Janeway - and there have been a hell of a lot of them - this is probably the most ridiculous and irrelevant. I fail to see what it has to do with the character at all.

If you mean he was so dull he was often outshone by the bulkheads, then I guess so.

I think that insults the bulkheads.
