Worst guest on ENT

Brent Spiner.

Because that led to the inane "ArikSoongAugmentsKhanKlingonRidgeCreationOfData" fanboyish crap.

Actually, I was going to say Brent Spiner because I don't like the guy and I was tired of TNG-related stuff on ENT.

I loved the Kahn references, though.

Kaitama I really thought she was so annoying .I didn't like her character at all.Kelby comes in as a close second.

The above comment makes a good point. Practically the entire cast was wasted and awful in "TATV." Even Connor and Combs. And when Trip and Shran suck in ANY episode that's a sign you just crossed into an awful mirror universe where someone doesn't know how to write a damn episode. :( :scream:

Damn straight. Even the best actors cannot save their characters when the writing just plain sucks.

Wow, I actually liked Brent Spiner.

I'll side with the majority and vote for Princess Fishstick.

But Major Hayes was also pretty annoying.

Oh man Padma (the actress who played Princess Fishstick) was pretty bad. She's also the host of the show Top Chef (produced by Bravo not Food Network :) )

Who was also married to Salman Rushide. She was pretty bad on ENT and is pretty bad on Top Chef.

Maybe someone should have issued the fatwah against her useless concept of "acting."

I have no personal grudge against Jonathan and Marina in "TATV." They were just doing the best they could with one of the shittiest scripts in all of modern TREK. But it didn't help matters that Troi's wig looked NOTHING like the one she wore during Season 7 of TNG back in '94. Not even close.

I was wondering about that hair. But I think they did a decent job in a poor series finale. The episode per se wasn't even that bad (well, except for the Trip's dead thing, of course)... but as a series finale it was an insult.

But Riker and Troi were just as always. I don't blame them.

As a midseason sweeps/stunt episode with a 24th century TNG tie-in/crossover it might have been serviceable and decent. But as a series and TV franchise sendoff it was like having uncontrollable jock itch or a toothache.

I agree. As much as I didn't like the TNG references throughout ENT's run, seeing Riker and Troi would have been cool if this was a mid-season stunt. It was nothing but an insult to the ENT cast, crew, and fans to send off the show they way they did. WHat amazes me even more is in the original script, Riker and Troi leaving the holodeck was to be the last thing you saw on ENT! The montage at the end--the only good part of the epiosde IMO--was not added to the script until later.

Even Frakes and Sirtis felt uncomfortable...like they wereinterfering with ENT's finale, and Frakes said he would have been upset if the roles were reversed.

TERRIBLE performance. Sorry. Slowed the entire episode down.

I thought Bill Cobbs was fine, but the episode stunk. In that case I put sole suckability in the writing. In fact, I'd put writing suckability in the following episodes (and not the guest stars):

* Daedalus - Bill Cobbs not to blame
* Demons and Terra Prime -- Petter Weller not to blame
* Bound - chicks who played Orion girls not to blame (I thought the woman who played Navaar in particular did nefarious well)
* SF1 and 2 - the clownishly "look diversity!" stereotype was pretty much all the actors could do without any real meat and a confusing story
* Fortunate's Son - not really any of the actors fault

Why do so many people not like Del Paxton? The guy is a great jazz musician!

And ironically, I think "Del" was the only member of that movie's cast (who played a musician) who did not actually play his instrument. All the other actors were actually playing their respective instruments. First time I've ever seen that. BTW, that was the great Alphonse Mouzon playing Del's drummer.

One of my favorite rock movies

I haven't heard enough Del Paxton to say I love or hate the guy, one way or the other. Most of my non-rock/pop music is blues, not jazz.
