Worst Episode of DS9: Season One Part One

This one was hard for me because I love DS9 so much. It's like asking me to pick out my least favorite children. But I voted for...

"Dax"
A trial episode. A very... dull... trial episode. :(

"Vortex"
Just kinda annoys me. I don't know why.

"Battle Lines"
It's a planet where no one can die. Uh, have you tried decapitating anyone? Let's see how well those nanoprobes do when the head is buried 50 miles away from the body.

Q-Less
Move Along Home
The Passenger

Only about 4 episodes from Season 1 are really any good though. These are the only three that are outright bad that I can see.

If anyone votes for "Duet" I will personally kick them in the head.

Apparently two people have. Probably the same two people who voted for "In the Hands of the Prophets."

I wounder if they'll ever confess?

Q-Less
The Passenger
The Storyteller (ruined by probably the worst guest actors DS9 had in all 7 years)

For me, Move Along Home and IWWH fall into the "so bad, they're good" category - I find them both entertaining and good for a laugh.

The Storyteller
If Wishes Were Horses
The Forsaken

I still watch them, now and then.
Move Along Home was stupid, but I actually like the episode for some reason.

Why is "The Storyteller" so unloved? It's the first great Bashir/O'Brien story of the series.

I found the O'Brien/Bashir banter grating. The revelation was a big letdown. The B plot was passable. But ultimately I found the story boring and it just couldn't hold my attention.

Move Along Home (plz just get out)-this comes from the same company that gave us Yesterday's Enterprise? Geez. Prolly, the stupidest episode in Trek, save The Boy running around o the half-naked planet.

The Forsaken: Lwaxanna Troi

If Wishes Were Horses: Pretty annoying. The fairy tale characters were pretty painful.

Move Along Home: Strange and pointless, but it is pretty funny in a campy sort of way.

Pretty average first season. Not really any absolute bombs, but not many gems either. Even the bottom 3 are somewhat watchable.
