Paris: They're powering phasers.

CHAKOTAY: Kathryn, don't try to be a hero. I've been reasonable so far. I'll allow you to keep the shuttle. I'll even transport you some extra provisions. But if you don't stand down, I will destroy your shuttle.

 

[Orac]

Janeway [on viewscreen]: You've just threatened the wrong woman, Chakotay.

 

[JanewayRulz!]

CHAKOTAY: What does she think she's going to accomplish?

 

[Orac]

Seska: We can obliterate them in one shot.

 

[JanewayRulz!]

CHAKOTAY: Not till I give the order. Reopen a channel.

 

[LeadHead]

Paris: I don't know how, but they've disabled our shields. We're completely vulnerable.

 

[Orac]

Chakotay: Target their warp core and fire.

 

[JanewayRulz!]

SESKA: I always said Janeway was a fool.

 

[BlueStuff]

COMPUTER: Intruder alert on Deck 8.

 

[JanewayRulz!]

PARIS: It's Paris and Janeway!

 

[Athena28]

CHAKOTAY: Janeway's no fool. She tricked us into destroying her shuttle, then transported over while the shields were down.

 

[LeadHead]

Seska: She's trying to free the prisoners!

 

[Athena28]

CHAKOTAY: You've got the bridge. You're with me.

 

[LeadHead]

In the brig, Janeway operates a control panel, trying to release Tuvok and Kim from the holding cell.

Chakotay and Paris run in with phasers ready.

Chakotay: Get away from that panel!!!

Janeway and Chakotay exchange phaser fire.

Holo-Paris: Drop it.

Paris turns and is face to face with Holo-Paris, both have hand phasers trained on the other. After a moment, everything disappears and Paris is left alone on the holodeck.

 

[Enterprise1981]

[Holodeck]

PARIS: Computer, resume program.

 

[Athena28]

COMPUTER: The holographic simulation has ended.

 

[Enterprise1981]

PARIS (poses himself the same way as when the program ended, phaser in his outstretched hand): Well, start it up again, right where it left off.

 

[JanewayRulz!]

COMPUTER: Unable to comply.

 

[Athena28]

PARIS: Why not?
