Tuvok: I assure you, Commander. I have made thorough preparations for the Captain's safety during her away mission. You, on the other hand, are still adapting to your duties as first officer. Under the circumstances, I believe my time will be better spent assisting you in your effort to justify the trust the Captain has placed in you.

 

[JanewayRulz!]

JANEWAY: I appreciate your concern for my safety, Mister Chakotay, but Tuvok's right. Lieutenant Paris and I will be just fine. I'll see you in twenty four hours.

 

[Orac]

Chakotay: Lieutenant, I want you to keep close tabs on the Captain's shuttle. Let's make sure she doesn't run into any trouble.

 

[JanewayRulz!]

TUVOK: Aye, sir.

 

[Enterprise1981]

CHAKOTAY: Have you finished upgrading the internal sensors?

 

[CoffeeAddict]

PARIS: Yes, sir.

 

[Enterprise1981]

CHAKOTAY: I hope so. (Two crewmen step off the turbolift, one of whom hands Chakotay a PADD) Wait here.

 

[JanewayRulz!]

TUVOK: Is something wrong, sir?

 

[Enterprise1981]

CHAKOTAY: No, it's just tomorrow's duty roster.

 

[Orac]

Tuvok: The Captain's shuttle has gone to warp.

 

[Enterprise1981]

CHAKOTAY: Thank you, Tuvok. Chakotay to all hands. Let's do it.

 

[Orac]

Tuvok: Sir?

 

[Enterprise1981]

PARIS: Tuvok, get down!!!

Tuvok is phasered anyway. Paris tackles one of the crewmen. Kim phasers the other. Paris ultimately loses the scuffle and is held at phaser point.

 

[Orac]

Chakotay: I guess you've made your choice.

 

[LeadHead]

Paris: It's not over yet, Chakotay.

 

[JanewayRulz!]

CHAKOTAY: Take them all to the brig.

 

[LeadHead]

Later, Paris is in the brig with Holo-Tuvok, Holo-Kim and other holographic officers.

Paris: (whispering) Sir, we have to do something.

 

[JanewayRulz!]

TUVOK: What did you have in mind, Ensign?

 

[LeadHead]

Paris: (whispering) Escape. Retake the ship.

 

[JanewayRulz!]

TUVOK: We will indeed attempt to do so when the time is right.
