Lots of good advice in this thread! I'll just add that it's unlikely her feelings have become romantic after all this time - it's likely she's just so comfortable with you she's using those terms of endearment. Probably best that you just move on with your life and be happy with your friendship.

And for the record, I call my male friends "honey" and "sweetie" and "handsome" all the time.

The only mixed signals I've been getting is from my fiancees father. Ranging from if he would castrate me, shove his foot far enough up my ass that I will taste shoe polish in my mouth or simply shoot me if I hurt her in any way or form. Beating me to death with a club also came up during a casual conversation.
