Woman Throws Cat Into Wheelie Bin

^I think you made a Freudian slip by mistyping Fraud instead of Freud.

Although, in this case, it's understandable.....

The only just thing for a judge to do is to have her thrown in the wheelie bin for 16 hours as here debt to society. Either that or thrown in with a big cat.

I just read on where this piece of crap woman is now under police protection. This is 100% precisely why people hate cops. They should be beating this woman down, not protecting this witch.

If this women had killed two people folks would be going, "meh, murders happen all the time." But a cat? HOLY SHIT! She harmed a cat?! Beat her, smack her, set her on fire!

Thing is, most people have reasons for committing murder. Usually not very good ones, but it's something we can relate to. Cruelty for its own sake is something else altogether.

Cats are evil, they have it coming.

i have to agree that l dont like cats l do prefer dogs as pets.
When you go up to a cat they purr and love to be tonched but sometimes they can bite and scratch. you for no reason
But l do not like what this woman did and there was a reason behind why she did this deed.

Cats are prone to killing birds and wildlife and in Australia if you own a cat you have to keep it in doors during the night or you are fined if it is caught wandering

I doubt the cat is responsible for as much damage in Australia as people like to make out. The proof of this is Tasmania.

Only two subspecies of birds (the Tasmanian Emu and the King Island Emu) and one mammal (the Thylacine) have become extinct in Tasmania since the arrival of white man. None of these extinctions cannot be put down to the cat, yet Tasmania has plenty of cats - both domestic and feral. Many small mammals that have become extinct or rare on the Mainland are common in Tasmania.

The reason for extinctions on the Mainland are far more as a result of habitat destruction (which has been greater on the Mainland) and to the introduction of the dingo and the fox on the Mainland.

I once read a report that up to 80% of feral cats' diet is rabbit. They also take feral birds (such as blackbirds).

There were many cats on Macquarie Island but then some bright sparks decided to eradicate them to 'save' those nesting chicks that were taken by cats. Eventually all the cats were removed and the feral rabbit population exploded. This huge rabbit population ended up denuding the island of vegetation and as a result landslides occurred that killed the chicks in far greater number than the cats ever took.

Some of us like cats. And some cat owners can be quite evil when provoked.

If somebody did that to one of my cats, I'd throw them in a wheelie bin and roll it off a cliff for payback. Nobody messes with cats

Did anyone get a video immediately following it called "Boxing Kangaroo gets revenge"?

Well worth a watch, I assure you
Saw that. Definitely amusing.

From the BBC article cited here...

Report on this from the BBC:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-coventry-warwickshire-11068063

The authorities seem to know who the woman is and will be interviewing her.

...which reads, in part:
The force said it was supporting the RSPCA investigation and urged the public to leave the matter to the authorities.

It said a large crowd had gathered outside the woman's home and police community support officers were there to monitor the situation.

"Media speculation that the woman is being given police protection is categorically not the case," it added.

"Community support officers are outside the woman's address monitoring a large group of people - most of them from the media - for public order purposes as per routine police procedure."

It said the RSPCA was due to talk to the woman shortly.
(emphasis mine)

Yeah, the cops should stop enforcing the law and violently attack citizens at will. Good thinking.

You're doing that thing again where you take something someone said and take it to its extreme.
enlisted person was speaking rather strongly, perhaps in the hope that some harm would come to this woman. It's quite understandable when we see someone do something mean or evil to wish it on them in kind, but I think we should check with enlisted person as to whether they really think the police should now sop enforcing the law and violently attack citizens at will.
Just as the other thread where I said I'd prefer that if a bull were to charge into a crowd it not maim the women or children, only men(but preferably no one) and you called me sexist.

^ No, he's saying that we should go back and check with him if he reeeally meant to say the ridiculous thing he clearly did say before criticising him for saying something ridiculous

TBBS threads would have twice as many posts if everyone did that.

Thanks for understanding...I think:lol:

No, I wasn't defending what enlisted person said, but we should understand some people will feel strongly about this kind of subject and that we shouldn't then put words in their mouth as to them condoning or promoting police brutality.
There's a tendency to see people when they write things on the internet very two dimensionally, as though they are afaceless person who is defined by some usually innocuous opinion they've aired on some bulletin board.
Frequently, when people say they really hate something, it's best not to think they're on the other end of the computer tearing their hair out and screaming. They're likely not.

^ Except that in this case RJ didn't put words in his mouth, he paraphrased something that EP actually said. He quite clearly said that the police should be beating this woman down instead of protecting her. That's not open to interpretation, if you don't want to be criticised for saying moronic things, don't say them.

At least the wheelie bin wasn't waiting collection. I hate to think what would happen to a cat who ended up inside a garbage truck.

Wouldn't that have been better? The cat wouldn't have been in the can as long. My garbage collectors don't always take the greatest care with my cans, but I don't think they'd try to stop the clawing, freaked-out cat they discover when opening the can.
