I just hope they get to continue the animation of missing episodes. Its a shame to leave the canon incomplete like that.
At least this time we're discussing something relevant to the missing episodes as opposed to another Ian Levine Twitter rant smearing Phillip Morris.
It's reliably reported that it's Macra Terror 1, ahead of a DVD release, but Wheel has also been done.
There's been a Wheel in Space DVD listing floating about on Amazon for ages hasn't there? Many believed that it would just be a release of the Britbox recon. Maybe it's something more than that.
Ah, sources who might know? Not definite, but wouldn't post unless it was pretty reliable (like the MEW rumour back in 2013, two thirdsof which turned out to be right).
Well, true enough. Maybe shouldn't have commented. But maybe helpful as I've got to be reasonably sure. Off the record isn't always unreliable. Though it can be.
No full details on what this is of course, but does appear to be pricey if it's "One episode plus some specials about it." I am wondering how it managed to get two reviews though!
An odd choice, if it's an animated episode. You'd expect them to lead off with Macra 1. Or are they planning a bigger surprise than we think...?

Bit odd the way it's described. Could be that MBW is just showing part of the full thing? Would be a shame if the missing episodes weren't recreated in full. Unless only a small part is now missing of course... Edit - Charles Norton has posted on Roobarbs that it's exactly what the press release says - a 10 minute animation specially commissioned for MBW's anniversary. It's not part of a larger project. A bit of a shame really but it'll be nice to see eventually.
