Will the next Doctor be a woman?

Do I want the next doctor to be female? No (unless it's Joana Lumley). Do I think the next Doctor will be? Probably. 
Well if Moffat's still running the show anyway then it will be. But I think this is a bit too soon to be trying to prep the public for a female doctor.
Well I think Moffat tried to prep us for an older Doctor by having the War Doctor be old and then having Smith age into an old man. So having The Master regenerate into a female form is probably prepping us for a female doctor. I just hope they don't plan on getting rid of Capaldi early, he's one of the best Doctors so far.
Personally I think an outrageously camp male doctor would have been pretty good, it'd be unique to the show and a more interesting take on the show.

No. And I'm not sure I want to see him become a woman, honestly.
I honestly don't know if the next Doctor will be a woman. I know I won't be surprised if a woman is cast.

Shouldn't that be in SPOILER TAGS considering it's less than 24 hours after the episode aired and some of us haven't seen it yet? It's not as even this thread is discussing the episode where the revelation is made.

Episode is about more than anything that may or may not have been stated above in thread, still worth your time.
