will the Kilrathi Saga work on windows vista?

I was digging on my closet and came across my old copy the "Kilrathi saga" and I was wondering if it will play on Vista or win 7? I thought I'd ask first to see if anybody has given it a shot here.

This thread has some tips on getting it to work, though it appears to work much better on Windows 7 than Vista.

Yeah WC was a lot of fun. I played WC1 a lot as a kid. I followed the series religiously until The Price of Freedom. My favorite of the series, which was more of a spin-off, was Privateer (the first one..naturally). I never did check out Prophecy though, never peaked my interest enough.

It wasn't very good. The new actors were kinda shit and I didn't find the story very engaging. Graphics were decent, but overall it just didn't grab me like the past games.

I have a large PC game collection, and WCP was one of the few games I got rid of--I sold it. 'nuff said.
