Even though it was late in the series, I do wish that TPTB did kill of Will Riker and kept Tom Riker at the end of "Second Chances," something that was briefly discussed in the writer's room. It would've revitalized a character who became stagnant after BOBW, part II.

Yep...I also wish they would have included him with the Voyager crew, instead of Tuvok, or they could have brought him to DS9, having escaped the prison he was taken too...

So much untapped potential there...

I would have kept Tuvok, but had Tom instead of 7 of 9...

As for Tom on DS9? That's wouldn't such a bad idea either. (It would have been interesting having him interact with the DS9 crew, and seeing how much more he differs from his 'brother' especially during the Dominion War).
