Those are highly entertaining, a great mix of snarky humor and behind-the-scenes insight. I would buy a book of his episode reviews in a heartbeat.

Wesley tells them to get a bat. When they don't know what it is, he describes Worf's penis. It's not awkward at all.

I think the poor guy really has had no choice but to become a witty "poke fun at myself" type of writer, since a whole shiatload of people hate the poor guy because of his horribly written "boy wonder" character in TNG.
I personally never saw why people hated Wesley Crusher so much. When I was a kid I actually looked up to him and could somewhat relate (didn't really hang around kids my age, I tended to be more comfortable with adults).

Read the review for "The Battle", behind the scenes, where he talks about how this episode opened his eyes to why Wesley was so hated. 3 of the most horrific Wesley moments ever in this one episode![]()
For example, it's one thing if a reviewer reads in a homoerotic/pedophiliac subtext in the Traveller's interest in Wesley
