Since we're on the topic of the good admiral, I just want to say that I met the actress this weekend at a convention and she is one of the sweetest nicest people I have probably ever met, full of energy and just plain fun!!
There wasn't anybody talking to her when I when up and started chatting, and we must have talked for a good 5 minutes before I decided to get an autograph. She was good natured about her role, asking me if I came to vilify her as she could be quite nasty on the show, and I said something to the effect of "nah, I saw the real you once you were offered those desserts" and then she started quoting the scene and we both laughed and now I'm rambling a bit. But I told her she must be the greatest actor around, as she's the complete opposite as Nechayev and convincingly good at it.
If you ever get the opportunity, say hi to her! You won't be disappointed, she's a hoot.
