Could someone explain, or point to one of the previous threads which must have been posted from around the time, why the brilliant DS9 story arc stopped so abruptly after Soul Key.
It was such a fertile story thread with loads of interesting characters (one of the things which makes DS9 so good) and it was just left hanging. It was obviously not meant to have been like that or Olivia Woods' book would have ended differently.
I'm desperate to know what happened to Taran 'atar as well as Iliana and the ascendants.
It was only a year after Soul Key that Zero Sum Game was published, so the 5 years from 2377 to 2382 seem to have been purposely left blank. It's such a shame because you could fit a dozen stories into that time frame, easily.
What a waste not to have done so.
Can anyone explain this?
Thanks,
