why do temporal police just not care?

They go into Voyager and Enterprise to fix things and make things right how come they didnt stop nero?

Maybe they don't know about it? Nero didn't time-travel on purpose, he and Spock fell into a black hole, then branched off a separate, coexisting timeline. The original timeline still exists (according to Word of God from the filmmakers, and the Countdown prequel comic), and nobody in it knows that Nero and Spock went back in time, just that they fell into a black hole and were never heard from again. So history, as recorded in that timestream, wouldn't record it as a time-travel incident.

The only people who'd be aware of Nero's time travel would be people living in the timeline created by that time travel -- and they would obviously have a vested interest in keeping that timeline intact, because you don't burn down your own house.

Mostly because Abrams did not want to use them in the film. It's his film, he can pick and choose what former canon elements he wants.

Because the entire idea of temporal police was stupid as hell. Another lame idea that VOYAGER introduced that they ended up ignoring with its own series finale.

You could say that about any bad stuff. Why didn't they go back to the beginning of the Borg and tweak something so they never became Borg?

Take out the Borg and the Federation would have likely been easily invaded by the Dominion. It was the threat of the Borg that forced the Federation to quickly develop new military tech for their starships.

The 29th century time cops on Voyager could only get involved with something caused by someone else in the 29th century. When Captain Braxton attempted to destroy Voyager in Future's End, it was because Voyager destroyed a 29th century timeship (his as it turned out) which caused Earth's destruction in the 29th century. When Braxton and the crew of Relativity were investigating Voyager's destruction in the episode Relativity, it was someone from the 29th century responsible (Braxton himself, as it turned out). Since Nero is from the 24th century, with no connection to the 29th, there's nothing for them to deal with.

Mr. Daniels and his agency from Enterprise, on the other hand could deal with anything from any century. Despite being from the 31st century they travelled to the 22nd to deal with someone from the 28th (the enigmatic Future Guy) and they went to the 20th century to deal with someone from the 29th (the Alien Nazis). But they have a tendency to allow changes to the timeline, since according to Mr. Daniels the Xindi attack was not part of the original timeline, but they allowed this alteration to stay. Maybe Nero's presence is something else they are allowing?

It is a closely guarded secret in JJland that Daniels will be seen in the background of a crucial scene. This is what I wish and this is what will be.

I think it was DS9....

No, DS9 introduced the Department of Temporal Investigations, an agency tasked with investigating time travel incidents, but not, apparently, with undoing them.

Maybe the time cops haven't interfered with or eliminated this particular timeline, because it's the corrected timeline they've always been working towards? Maybe the JJverse exists only because the timecops did their jobs successfully?

The novel Watching the Clock does touch on this...

The Department of Temporal Investigations (in the 'prime' timeline) know about the Abramsverse. They have determined that it will eventually reconnect with the original timeline, but in the far, far future. They basically are leaving it alone.
