A very good fan-made video of Sherlock meeting The Eleventh Doctor:

Interesting, although there's a bit of a slash vibe that I find a bit... disconcerting.

Some of the digital lip movements on Matt Smith seem a bit wierd. (Reminds me a bit of when they digitally de-aged Professor Xavier in X-Men: The Last Stand.) But really well done for an amateur.

The guy who did it released a "how its made" video. Its very amazing to see how much work he's put into it.
