Did you see the "Ponies vs Dr. Who Avatars" thread a week or so ago? In that thread, there was a lot of humor from people with various Avatars claiming those Avatars had a connection to Dr. Who. Keeping that thread in mind, that screen cap makes much more sense, and makes it easier to appreciate the humor.
