Whose names would you put on the wall?

^ It could be (A) their final rank, or (B) the rank thry held when they did whatever made them famous. I tend to suspect A, even though it's a bit sad that Bashir and Nog either had relatively disappointing careers, or were KIA.
A feels unlikely since I don't think anyone in production would want to risk feeling like they were disrespecting Aron Eisenberg.

Is the rank these people are listed at their final rank, or just the rank at which they first became added to the list, which, as of the 32nd century, is printed on that wall?
I really wonder that about "Captain Carol Freeman", who was promoted. And "Commander Hugh Culber", who came back to life!
Did Saavik make the list?

What about Matt Decker? Or Ro Laren?
Commander Ro Laren is apparently at the top of the column that includes Admiral T'Lara and Vice Admiral Drake. I have noticed Captain Will Decker but not Commodore Matt Decker in any shot thus far. And no sign of Captain Saavik (that is, assuming this staff paid attention to Terry Matalas's U.S.S. Titan backstory for PIC season 3).

Charlie Quizzlink
Waverly Smothers
Groppler Zorn
Porthos Archer

...okay serious answer:

Captain Seven of Nine/Annika Hansen
Lt. Icheb
Lt. Jadzia Dax
Commander Ezri Dax
Captain Naomi Wildman

I'd make the names too small to read unless right up close to it. That's already the case with memorial walls in real life, and none of them stand for a thousand year old institution that spans planets.

Oh shit.
Episode 3, which dropped just now, shows "Commander Pelia" at the top of the column to the right of the column headed up by "Lieutenant Junior Grade Sam Kirk" and to the left of the column headed up by "Admiral Jason Zimmerman". If they actually put thought into the wall, that would indicate Pelia is dead by 3195.

That is a big if, though, considering other flaws we have highlighted in this thread.

Lol.

Meh, the woman's been alive since ancient Greece, at least. Not the most outrageous thing to believe she could be dead in the nine hundred years between SNW and SFA.
Given Jason shares a last name with the Doctor's creator, is it too much of a stretch to suggest it's this guy, having changed his last name in honor (unless that's a production member) assuming he hadn't died as of the Doctor leaving Kelemane's planet? https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Jason_Tabreez
More probably Jason Zimmerman is related to Lewis Zimmerman, father, grandfather or uncle or whatever and the Doctor named his son after him.
