I really wonder that about "Captain Carol Freeman", who was promoted. And "Commander Hugh Culber", who came back to life!
Commander Ro Laren is apparently at the top of the column that includes Admiral T'Lara and Vice Admiral Drake. I have noticed Captain Will Decker but not Commodore Matt Decker in any shot thus far. And no sign of Captain Saavik (that is, assuming this staff paid attention to Terry Matalas's U.S.S. Titan backstory for PIC season 3).
Maybe it's a record of the first time a Starfleet officer dies and comes back to life?
Culber wasn't promoted to Commander until after his resurrection and after arriving in the 32nd century for that matter.
Which makes his wall rank even more confusing.

She was not promoted just reassigned. She's still a captain at the end of LDS.

Episode 3, which dropped just now, shows "Commander Pelia" at the top of the column to the right of the column headed up by "Lieutenant Junior Grade Sam Kirk" and to the left of the column headed up by "Admiral Jason Zimmerman". If they actually put thought into the wall, that would indicate Pelia is dead by 3195.
That is a big if, though, considering other flaws we have highlighted in this thread.

Meh, the woman's been alive since ancient Greece, at least. Not the most outrageous thing to believe she could be dead in the nine hundred years between SNW and SFA.
More probably Jason Zimmerman is related to Lewis Zimmerman, father, grandfather or uncle or whatever and the Doctor named his son after him.
