I have one around somewhere! I got it not long before prices spiked so high and haven't played it in forever, but I know if I were to sell it I would immediately miss it! I find myself using the Genesis or SNES most of the time.

My mate is more into consoles than I am, but he didn't have this one (Probably the Jaguar though?). - I don't think he's into portables either

Heh... I owned a Jaguar back in the 90's and was pretty Atari-centric going back to 1981 with my first computer - an Atari 400 w/ tape drive for storage. Been coding ever since.

It's weird how the Lynx form factor failed and yet we have the Switch which is quite similar in nature but bigger screen

I think the answers lie in the quality of the games, the screen size, and mostly it eating up 6 AA batteries every 5 hours.

Market leader Game Boy, despite no colour and a blurry screen, 4 AA batteries every 15-30 hours.

There's no doubt about that playing a part of the Gameboy success but historically I feel like if the Lynx hadn't happened we would likely have had to wait longer for things like the Gameboy and its successors
