I'd actually be curious about fanfics where VOY's disappearance, or lack thereof (depending on your timeline) ends up having some significant impact on the AQ. Things Janeway might have done at crucial moments that didn't occur to other captains, for instance. Somewhat of a riff on "Non Sequitur" I suppose, except that Kim's not going along didn't really seem to have much (clear) impact.
