Who had the coolest hair? Riker or Odo

For a shape shifter Odo had some cool hair, however Riker was a human and his was pretty badass except in season 5 or 6 when he was trying to part it on the other side. Do they have blowdryers in the 24th century? I know its a dumb post but i am in a dumb mood

Riker - he had very cool hair in season three (and, as you said, it didn't look so good in the later seasons). Plus, I never thought Odo's hair was that great anyway.

This is quite bad, but when I was 16 I was trying to grow my hair out and to control it I used gel and combed it back, which ended up looking a bit like Odo's do; not purposefully though as it looked hideous, though less hideous than the curly uncontrollable mess it would have been otherwise. So I think Riker wins this one.

I was not impressed in the slightest with either character's hair. Odo's was gross, and Rikers was receding somewhat.

Bashir had the best hair in Trek, IMO. Second would probably be Chakotay. Third would probably be Trip.

What she said. Riker's and Odo's hair were nothing to write home about. OTOH, Bashir had those great dark curls, Chakotay's hair was awesomely thick (though I liked it better before they started using boot-black on it), and Trip's hair just looked soft and touchable. Harry Kim would score well in this category too, if not for the seasons where they blow-dried his hair to hell and gone.

I'm not embarrassed to say had a Season 3 Riker style when I was in high school and I thought it looked cool . I wasn't the only one who did either, but there was another guy in our year who obviously ( because he was a fan amongst other things ) was trying to imitate the Season 1 style with that curl and he came off looking more like Mr Bean .

I remember Matthew Kelly ( who used to host Stars in Their Eyes and You Bet ! here in the UK ) had a similar hair and beard style to Riker Season 3 around the time when Best of Both Worlds was screened . I'll take 5 mins to see if I can find a photo of Matty from the early 90's so you can see the resemblance.
