I'll continue to hold out hope for Captain Garth until the bitter end.
It’s gonna be Porthos
Porthos is actually one of the lost Changelings. You mean the 14th or 15th re-incarnation of Porthos, as I assume dogs only have a lifespan of 10 to 12 years the 23rd century![]()
Talla Shran?
Would it be 100 years old that's not old for an Andorian?

she is tallaMy favorite idea by far, but the problem is Shran was already an Andorian military leader before the Federation. If he's still alive, he's almost certainly an admiral by now. Hell, I'm pretty sure there was a ship named after him at the BotBS.
she is talla

she was born in 2156 in 2257 would be 101 years old.
Is not it old for an Andorian?
this!Oh, Shran's daughter! I didn't remember his first name, or hers.
There's nothing canonical about how long Andorians live, so sure, she could be alive still. I'm not sure if it's canonically worth it to lengthen the lifespan of another alpha/beta quadrant species just for a cheap tie-in with an established family line however. You could always have it be the granddaughter or grandson of Shran as well.
Number One apparently isn't human, though.Hate to say it, but probably a new Human.
If it's a human, a female of color would be nice. Maybe Number One from the Cage. (with a little more truth in the "slim and dark in a Nile Valley way" description)
My head canon tells a different story.Number One apparently isn't human, though.
