Anthony Rapp really dove into Trek fandom after he got cast on DSC. He was posting on Twitter about the Trek novels he was reading. It was really cool to see his enthusiasm for the world of Trek.Rapp and Mount seem to be quite knowledgable and enthusiastic about other series.
When you work for years at something, 16 hours a day, you either love it and want to cherish it - or you close the door and move on. Honestly, I can't blame any actor for not wanting to be glued to their Trek character for a lifetime. As fans, we expect so much from these people. But it's wonderful to see the ones who have an enthusiasm and passion for their role, their show, the message, the franchise, etc.
Without getting into a bitter discussion about actors who are not fans, who are some of the Trek actors that convey a genuine love of Trek and never seem to tire of being called Captain, Commander, Ensign, etc.?
Issacs definitely isn't. He made that abundantly clear in the Jeopardy game he was in on the Cruise.
He said that as well. He even said he would do more conventions if he was open.Although I'm fairly sure that he still enjoyed playing Lorca, and would gladly return as Prime Lorca if asked.

I was just reading an interview with Rainn Wilson ("Harry Mudd" on DISCO) and he mentions how he used to attend Norwescon in Seattle as a kid. Ohmigod, I attended Norwescon religiously back in the eighties before I moved to the East Coast. We probably passed each other in the halls any number of times.

Spiner and Shatner IMO.
I met Jonathan Frakes at the Dublin comic con last March. He was an absolute gentleman and did genuinely seem to still have great enthusiasm for all things Trek.
I don't agree on Spiner. I think he's a Brent Spiner fan. I doubt he is a huge fan of the franchise.
Spiner seems to be all-in at the conventions, and he shares many of the best behind-the-scenes TNG stories from the days of filming, but I think he's one of the actors who says he hasn't watched a lot of the episodes he's asked about that involved Data. Not a crime, but it's always nice to get the actors' perspectives in an informed way.I don't know,. He sure appears in it a lot!
We had a Meet and Greet with him in San Francisco a couple of years ago. He was quite pleasant and funny. He has a sarcastic wit, which may come across poorly at times.
His journey is not complete till he insists Discovery is not based in the Prime universe.
