I say Meany just cos hes such a versitile actor who I reckon will always have work linned up. Plus he seems to be one of the few Trek actors who has recognition outside of the sci-fi fan base with many perhaps being fans without having ever heard of Deep space nine.
I would also say Wil Wheaton who disliked for his annoying bratty character is now well liked by the fan base in general for his random roles, blog and other activites.
Patrick Stewart has been in major film franchises, several TV movies based on the classics, and was recently nominated for a Tony award so he's had the most successful and diverse acting career post-ST. And is still going strong.
Hmmm... I'd have to say James Cromwell. He's had some extremely impressive rolls, a ton of work, and an Oscar nomination. He was all over the Star Trek franchise for awhile (TNG esp).
