If I could choose any I would have to pic the galaxy class like the Ent-d. I love it's bridge I meen I wish my living room was as comfortable as that bridge looked. It's also has that holadeck which would be fun. And I'd want to take her on long mission with skeleton crew so I could have the ship to myself. ...someone should build a life size replica of any of the enterprise's. At like an amusement park or something so you can walk the corridors and ride the turbo lift around. If you build it they will come.
