Which role would you want to have on Voyager?

Sorry, if that has been asked and answered before. Still reading my way through all 130 pages of this forum and a search didn't yield a similar rust.
So, here it goes: if you could have any role, including invented ones, on Voyager, except Captain or XO (those two are untouchable!) what would it be?

I would want to be the ship's Counselor. They sure need one and I would get to hear all the interesting stories from everybody, get to have frequent fun verbal spars with the doctor and could confine the commanding team to sick bay or the psych ward if they come up with another hare-brained plan that involves beaming onto Borg Cubes.

A distant second would be Chef. It is hard work (my father was a chef, I know what it takes), but I would have them all it eat out of the palm of my hand in no time as in comparison to Neelix I could pass as Michelin worthy.

I could imagine being a security crewmember, working in Tuvok's team.
In fact, I'm toying with the idea of a diary based on Ensign Ricky's experiences on Voyager, at least for seasons 1-3 which I have most knowledge of.

Chief Medical Officer, but unlike Bagofmostlywatr, I'd prefer sticking around a little bit longer than the first episode.

I wouldn't mind being the ship's counselor either, for the same reasons as OP.

I think I'd want to be that slacker hidden down on Deck 15, having plenty of time to waste to do my own thing.
