I don't think you decommission a crew. Especially since not all of them were retiring. I could be wrong.

It's a slightly odd word to use, but all other evidence, at least in that movie, points to it being the crew.

TUC might be my favorite Trek movie, warts and all. NEM isn't bad, but it's no TUC.

Gotta agree that DS9's finale is the best, though. I know, I know, it's not a movie. But it is my favorite episode in the entire canon.
