Industrial replicators?
I have read this in numerous places too, but it doesn't really make sense when you think that Riker has appeared in both Lower Decks and Picard, and the Picard producers tried to get Chakotay to appear in Season Two of Picard, yet he is also on Prodigy. So who knows....
Janeway would like to stay and chat, but she's on a tight schedule.
In Chakotay's case, the plan to have him in season 2 of Picard was to feature him in the Confederation timeline, where he would have been Seven's husband. Since it's a different version of the character, Picard could use him without getting in Prodigy's way.
The situation with Riker is a little more complex. Basically, him being on both first seasons of Picard and Lower Decks is a result of the fact that at the time the shows weren't coordinating with each other, and the fact that he played essentially the same role in the finales of both shows is the whole reason why the shows are now conferring with each other to make sure there's no problems with them using a particular character.
She's built a modified TR-116 rifle powered by caffeine and is moving through assimilated crew-members like Doomguy through zombie soldiers.
