What do y'all think happened to the security personnel on Enterprise, the Starfleet Security personnel? Apart from that episode where they had to take back the ship from the MACOs, they were never seen again? So, where do you think they are?

That's not entirely true. When the Andorians and Tellarites are on the ship in S4, you can see the security personnel escorting them and waiting outside the conference room doors.
