When did the TOS crew die?

I understand that some of the original series actors are still alive, but out of curiosity, when do you think each member of the original crew of the Enterprise died in canon? We know McCoy was 137 by the time the Enterprise D was around, and Scotty is still in good shape at 148 thanks to a clever transporter trick he used for survival, so we can really only speculate when each of them passed away. I would assume Scotty would probably be the last one to die, possibly around 2410 or earlier, but that's the best I could come up with.

We obviously know Kirk and Spock's fate as well.

As for Sulu, Chekov and Uhura? The only thing we know for sure is that it's possible Sulu was still alive in 2344, since Chakotay mentions a 'Captain Sulu' (pronoun-he) patrolling the Cardassian border at that time. We don't know if it's Hikaru, though.

Chekov got a ship named after him (Springfield class U.S.S. Chekov, destroyed at Wolf 359) but we don't know if the ship was posthumously named for him. Uhura, however, we know nothing about past TUC.

Sometime in the 24th century, offscreen. That includes prior to TNG, between seasons of TNG/DS9/VOY, the final seasons of VOY when they were far away from any happenings on Earth, shortly after Voyager’s return, and before & after the events of NEM.

Chekov, Sulu, Uhura, Chapel, Rand & Pike may have died prior to TNG; it would be 70 years after TUC then. The Captain Sulu referenced by Chakotay might have been Demora Sulu, although we don’t know for sure.

Bones might have died between either S1 & S2 or TNG, or S2 & S3 of TNG; its not like there were scenes filmed of Crusher and Pulaski boarding and leaving the Enterprise, so I would not expect a mention of Bones passing either. Although if it were to mirror with the real world passing of DeForest Kelley, then possibly very shortly after the end of the Dominion War.

Scotty would probably be the last to die, living past the post-Hobus supernova event.

What makes you say that? The Talosians gave him an illusion; they didn't give him immortality.
he was one of their prized specimens and would have continued to entertain them. they would have made sure he had very good care given to him.

Or they dumped him in the nearest crevasse now that they had fifty of Kirk's finest beamed down for the founding of a proper slave race, with Kirk none the wiser.

Given how good these guys are at creating illusions, and how bad they are at repairing elevator shafts, their claims of wanting a slave race might well be the one and only thing about them that we can believe in. And basing that race on two aging cripples is a recipe for disaster...

I rather hope Hikaru Sulu doesn't get stagnated at Captain rank forever. Having a grandson at that rank at that time would not feel too out of place, although a great-grandson might make it, too.

He wasn’t there to entertain them. He was there because the Talosians showed him mercy by allowing him to have a functioning illusory body and to keep Vina company for the rest of their natural lives.

Did you actually watch the episode? Once the Keeper realized that humanity didn’t like being incarcerated, Pike became useless to them, and that’s why they let him go. This is just getting silly now.
