I don't think that ever came in handy at any point in the series. In fact, I think the only good it ever did them was to get Voyager stuck in a huge tornado. Which was actually kind of awesome. Apparently Chakotay doesn't even need to physically pilot to nearly crash the ship.

Well, okay, there was "Scorpion II." His little fable came in handy there.

My list would be waaaay too long. I can't even rank my favorites.

Hmmm... the episode I've watched the most times, bar none, is "Macrocosm," followed very closely by "Coda." I'm also fond of the usual favorites: "Year of Hell," "Killing Game," "Scorpion," "Timeless," and so on. But there's a whole bucketload more.

The episode(s) I've watched the most is Future's End. A lot of fun.

"Timeless". When I watched it I thought this is a TV show that looks like a movie.
"Some one to watch over me". Makes me get a bit "no I'm not crying, I just have grit in my eye, so stop looking at me" at the end.
