As funny as Author,Author is, the trial in the last act played like a repeat of the better The Measure of a Man.

"Flesh And Blood" has a great hour of setup, and then the second hour totally derails. It really harmed this to air it as a two-hour movie, because it was produced as two independent parts, and those parts do NOT actually mesh well.

I would say The Void is weaker than those left standing. I think Night does it better.

Farewell to "Lineage" for bringing us an incredibly whitebread Torres family, and for continuing the Trek tradition of lousy (or absent, or both) fathers. I sometimes think Ben Sisko and Sergey Rozhenko were the only decent dads in Trek, at least until the current era.

Also for the crappy way B'Elanna treated the Doctor.

Taking out "CRITICAL CARE".

The others were simply better, and Jeri Ryan was excellent in both.

Oh wow I didnt expect Critical Care to get the axe. Two brilliant Seven of Nine episodes remaining but if I had to choose one to be superior I would give the crown to...

Not that Imperfection isnt a worthy runner up with its fantastic drama.
