For me, there's only a very small window between being drunk and passing out where I don't have myself under control, so as far as I'm aware I've never done anything too bad; except for a couple rather embarrassing incidents involving puking. 
Probably the worst thing I've done while drunk is to keep drinking to the point where I've done my best to vomit up my skeleton.
I have also done several illegal things while drunk that might include taking things that didn't belong to me that might have belonged to bars and the local council. Oh, and urinating in places that might be considered...public.

I got in a fight in the street once.
Actually, it wasn't much of a fight. This redneck sucker-punched my friend. I got enraged, and laid into him. He ran.
But my other friends assured me that I looked impressive, chasing after this guy, screaming at him to come back and fight. Apparently, I threatened to bite his face off.
Beyond that--just the usual stupidity. I once urinated on the glass front door of a bank, for example: then, when I got to my friends' apartment, I fell over while trying to untie my boots, and put a hole in their wall with my elbow.
And I got arrested once. But I hadn't done anything--I was just "at the scene," as the saying goes. Eventually, the cop figured out who had done what, and let me go.
I don't get drunk any more, if I can avoid it.

Well, this is a baited question since I have done some really stupid things while drunk. I think the worst thing I ever did while intoxicated was beat the hell out of this guy who called me a "faggot" in a pool hall. I was there for a dart tournament and he didn't like the outcome of the match. I guess he thought I would just take whatever he wanted to give. Boy was he surprised. I almost got arrested for it too. But the guy was so embarrassed that a gay man half his size laid him out on the floor that he didn't press charges.
And if that doesn't fit the bill I have a whole list of others. I have swam naked in a public fountain. I also had sex on the hood of a car in a parking garage. I have also relieved myself in more than a few public places. I once threw a baked potato at someone across the room in a restaurant. I think the most embarrassing was the night a date and I were asked to leave an all night dinner for making out in a booth. Two men snogging in the middle of a greasy spoon located in the Bible Belt? Not a good combination. But what can I say? I was a damn fool in my twenties.

AS, next time were down there we're all going out for darts!!! 
After basically a weekend drunk-fest, a shipmate of mine and I emptied the contents of our wallets in a Spanish hotel room without officially checking out. We were underway some weeks when my division officer pulled me aside and told me that Navy had to pay the hotel bill and each of us needed to write an apology. It was so embarrassing and I was very demoralized. Still am, actually.

I did know two people in college who did stupid things though; one got drunk enough that he started attacking a tree (I think the tree won, at least it wasn't bleeding afterwards) and another who fell off a porch at a party and broke his arm.
I have zero sympathy for such things.

Seriously though, what's the worst i've done. Probably just got into a fight and that's about it.
