What's the worst episde of Doctor Who, classic series and reboot

This wasn't even the first episode to have such a problem. In The Unquiet Dead it is first thought that there are only a few Gelth alive after the Time War and they just want a safe place to live, but once the rift is opened we find this was all a ploy and there are millions coming to invade Earth. This was taken as a message to be wary of those who claim to be refugees, even though the writer never intended the episode to be political.

The Gunfighters is really bad. I finally made myself watch it last year just to see. I guarantee I’ll never watch it again.
I also find most of McCoy’s late eps hard to watch. Not his fault, they’re either dull or badly written.
Same for Capaldi’s last 2 years. Never has a talent been more wasted in a TV show.
Only seen 2 early Whittaker shows and they were bad. Gave the new show up for classic Who.

Original, Time and the Rani and Silver Nemesis. I've warmed to Underwater Menace since pt2 turned up (never judge a story by a single surviving episode).
New run... Fear Her needed another draft. Rings needed less singing.
When I told my sister that some missing episodes had turned up, she said "It's bloody Underwater Menace, I bet."

His early episodes, shurely? 24 is awful, 26 largely good.
