I asked mine and she told me that it was too complicated for humans to understand but that it involves pushing things off edges in order to shift Earth's gravitational axis.
I had a lazy Sunday afternoon while my wife went to the spa. Stretched out on the sofa with Margo (my cat, named after the For All Mankind character) who spent the afternoon sleeping. After my wife, she's my second best-friend. That's her purpose. To be one of the family, to be loved and to give love (when she feels like it

Is Grudge the quirky comic relief?
Cats don't worry about their purpose, that's why they can sleep in any position.
A cats' purpose is to be worshipped and adored. Been that way since Egyptian times, probably long before.
Book: Soon my weapon will burn across the Federation, the universe, the multiverse. Can you picture it? An entire multiverse set in flames, to burn for all eternity!
Grudge (walks in): Meow.
Book: I--I just can't--I just can't do it...
(breaks down sobbing upon seeing Grudge and is taken away by Starfleet security)

lol, that would be cool. But Star Trek has already too many cat aliens: Caitians, Kzinti, etc.
