Too early for that. Also, TNG (and its characters) are less iconic than TOS and its characters.
And last but not least, Paramount and Abrams are already doing TOS reboot movies right now and not TNG reboot.

Not much.
With all of the principle actors still kicking around and, for the most part, involved in filmmaking, it'd make no sense whatsoever, at this moment, to do a new TNG film with different actors.
But years down the road? Why not? You're going to run into some confusion, though, as far as the current (Abrams) reboot is concerned. Will any future TNG be based on the Abrams reboot reality? Or will it take into account the OS and have a separate branching off point?

maybe it's cause i have watched a lot of TNG and not very much TOS, but the actors seem more... irreplacable. i dunno... data as somebody other than brent spiner... a picard that is not patrick stewart.... it seems hard to wrap my mind around.
besides... i think we have enough TNG to go around. seven seasons + what... four movies?

No definitley not now its way too soon. I might feel differently in 10 years though.
I would hate them to re-cast TNG. Patrick Stewart could never be outshone as Captain Picard. Sorry.

And to be frank, I think TOS benefits more from recasting than TNG would (mainly I mean replacing Shatner).
I'm sure it'll all be up to whoever eventually does a TNG reboot.
Personally, i wouldnt like it. I cant imagine anyone else playing picard or data for example. Perhaps in many years time when those actors are clearly too old to play those characters.
i hope that eventually happens because they are good characters and deserve to be on screen again.
I just like all the ST's so much, I do not want any of them to end
