[BTW, the original Enterprise model in the gift shop (of all places) of the Air and Space Museum on the Mall in DC.
I wish to God they'd move it out to the Udvar-Hazy Center (the beautiful Dulles branch of the Air and Space Museum -- out near Dulles Airport) and put it on display next to the space shuttle Enterprise. That would seem so appropriate.
As it is, for some reason the model of the mothership from "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" is displayed near the shuttle now.]

I suppose I would boycott this film if the production of it somehow helped support the military junta in Burma, if all proceeds went towards the funding of massacres in Darfur, or if it were somehow proved that JJ Abrams uses any profits made from his films to sate his appetite for freshly killed babies and kittens.
