What was wrong with "These are the Voyages"

Oh who cares about Riker and the Pegasus, did any of us watch ENT because we wanted Riker angst about the Pegasus? NO.

No one cares, or cared. Think of all the things ENT watchers did care about, could have cared about, might have cared about.. and yet they just ignored all that opportunity and did a TNG ep about Riker and the effing Pegasus. Yeah. What a piece of shit.

Abso-bloody-zactly. I never liked Riker when he was on TNG, and suddenly his big smug mug is on Enterprise. Off!

You are my FRIEND.

But how do you really feel about it?

... Riker's beard had more personality than Hoshi, Mayweather and Reed put together. :p

I always liked Riker, and this is one of those things I hate about TATV - it made him even more infamous in the eyes of people who disliked him, and some people who didn't really have an opinion on him started hating him, for no other reason but for crashing and ruining ENT's going away party.

So you're a member of a Bearded Riker Society too, eh? :D Dat beard got some serious fanbase, no joke. And I agree on Hoshi and Travis, but what about bearded Reed? :D

I meant skip the whole "lets go back to the good ol' days of TNG" and take the present story forward to post-Nemesis.
That way the aging would've fit, and been more believable. I like the framing story of the holodeck, it brings it all together. They just executed it awkwardly.

Just so you know I wasn't addressing the "oh who cares" to you, but to the folks who made the ep ;)

I see. Well in either case it should be re-shot! anyone? If enough people send in a dollar...

get yo fat TNG asses off my ship!

Well, Keating liked it okay. Whaddya know, he didn't axiomatically hate it for having a large TNG presence. Darn his open mind! :p
